The Pikolinos Group has appointed Francisco Sanchez as CEO.

The Spanish Pikolinos group announced the appointment of Francisco Sánchez as CEO. The appointment marks a new stage in the group's business development, which owns the Pikolinos and Martinelli footwear brands. A new strategic plan aims to strengthen the group's international expansion.

Francisco Sánchez is expected to serve as the "liaison" between the Perán founding family, led by Juan Manuel Perán, and the management team. He will be responsible for the development of the Pikolinos and Martinelli brands, as well as the group's other footwear companies.

In recent years, the founding family has reorganized and strengthened the business, appointing Juan Manuel Peran as Executive President, Rosana Peran as Vice President, and Carolina Peran as Brand Manager. The new management team has achieved strong results – the last three years have seen record revenue, according to the group's press release.

Thus, the Pikolinos Group ended the 2024-2025 financial year with a 6,5% increase in revenue to €155 million. This growth was driven by sales of the Pikolinos brand, which reached €140 million. The brand's main markets are Spain, France, Latin America, China, and the United States. The Pikolinos Group's second brand, Martinelli, ended the year with sales of €11 million, a 4% increase over the previous year.

The appointment of Francisco Sánchez confirms the Pikolinos Group's commitment to establishing a professional management structure. The new leader has been tasked with strengthening the company's position in its core markets and "considerably addressing the challenges of the group's global performance in the next phase."

Francisco Sánchez, an engineer by training, specializes in strategic innovation, operational management, marketing, and finance. He has over thirty years of industrial management experience, including working in the leather goods sector and managing projects at companies supplying Loewe and LVMH.
