Tod's Spa may decide to spin off the Hogan brand as a standalone company for better development. The footwear brand Hogan, owned by the Italian group along with the brands Tod's, Roger Vivier and Fay, has not been showing the best results lately. In the first six months of this year, it recorded a 5,8% decline in sales to 104,5 million euros. The consolidated turnover of the group for the first half of the year, meanwhile, amounted to 477,7 million (also with a decrease - by 0,5%).
