The property of the S-TEP factory is put up for auction
The S-TEP factory, once part of the Obuv Rossii Group of Companies and located in the city of Berdsk in the Novosibirsk Region, is selling its property at auction due to the insolvency of the enterprise.
On December 9, applications for the purchase of the factory's property began to be accepted on the "New Information Services" platform. The starting price of the factory is 528 million rubles.
As stated in the auction profile on the Fedresurs website, real estate and movable property of OOO Fabrika S-Tep are being sold, including non-residential premises, land plots, sewing, shoe, climate control, computer and other equipment, office equipment and furniture, trademarks.
The S-TEP factory was part of OR Group (former GC Obuv Rossii), which was declared bankrupt in October 2022. The company specialized in sewing special-purpose footwear, and the regional authorities hoped to restart production with a new investor, which was found. The factory acquired a tenant, OOO Vector, but apparently the plans were not realized.
