Inventive Retail Group announced the launch of a new loyalty program.

Inventive Retail Group announces the launch of the EGO Privilege Club – a new loyalty program for its customers that unites all companies: restore, Samsung Galaxystore, Street Beat, AMAZING RED, Hiker, Mir Kubik, and UNOde50.

Inventive Retail Group's portfolio includes several different categories: from premium electronics to sportswear and children's goods. Until now, customers accumulated points separately for each brand; now, a unified bonus system will be introduced.

This solution is in line with recent trends, namely hyper-personalization, platformization of retail, and the audience's growing demand for emotional consumption.

EGO's target audience is men and women aged 25–50 with above-average incomes, leading active lifestyles, and living in large cities. The core audience is women aged 31–45 who value quality, aesthetics, and brand authenticity and are willing to pay more for service and expertise.

Before deciding to launch a unified EGO Club, the Group conducted additional research on its audience and discovered that approximately 10% of the group's active customers make purchases across multiple brands annually. The share of cross-brand purchases between individual brands is even higher. A test conducted prior to the Club's launch showed an increase in cross-brand purchases, indicating synergy and interest in this product. The terms of the bonus program have also been updated: now, savings on purchases are up to 7%, with write-offs of up to 40% possible. Brands will also offer customers additional privileges based on their membership level, including access to exclusive sales, new product launches, or specific services and events.
