The retail group Inventive Retail Group has decided to transfer Leap sportswear stores and Rookie children's goods stores, which it develops under franchising, under the new signs - Street Beat Sport and Street Beat Kids, respectively, - Vedomosti writes.
According to Ludmila Semushkina, representative of Inventive Retail Group, the revenue of both chains - Leap and Rookie - was lower than expected due to poor knowledge of these brands in Russia. On average, in the group, comparable sales for 2017 increased by 8%. While comparable retail sales of Street Beat in 2017 increased by 21%.
At present, 4 Rookie stores are open in Russia, where you can buy clothes and shoes of the Nike, Jordan, and Converse brands for children and adolescents. Two Russian Leap stores sell sportswear and shoes.
