Italy provides loss statistics

According to the Italian association of footwear manufacturers ANCE, in the first seven months of last year, orders from Russia in value terms decreased by 20%, and given the data for the second quarter alone, by almost 40%. Italian footwear will decline by another 10%, and in some industrial districts of the Marche and Emilia-Romagna regions - by 20%, which may entail the closure of up to 400 enterprises and the reduction of more than ten thousand jobs.
