Pitti Uomo Italian men's fashion show ends in Florence

Held in Italy from 13 to 16 June 2023 main international men's fashion exhibition Pitti Man noted an increase in attendance. The organizers cite positive statistics - out of 11 buyers who visited Pitti, 900% came to the exhibition from abroad, a significant number of guests were from Asian countries.

The exhibition, which traditionally brings together the world's leading fashion brands, featured 825 exhibitors, including such brands as Brunello Cucinelli, Lora Piano, Doucal's, Borsalino. As well as young designers Gaelle_paris, Pierre-Louis Mascia, Domenico Orefice and others.

More than 5 trade and distribution companies attended the event. The number of Italian buyers who visited in June 150 Pitti Man, increased by 6% compared to the exhibition held in June 2022, to 6, while the number of foreign visitors increased by 700% to 24.

The main markets represented at Pitti in June 2023 were Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Japan, Spain, Turkey, the USA, Switzerland, France, China, Belgium, South Korea, Austria, Russia and Portugal.

According to the organizers, the highlight of the 104th edition of Pitti Uomo, in addition to the consolidation of European buyers, was the return of Asian professionals to the men's fashion exhibition, whose number reached 700 visitors. Moreover, buyers from Asia represented not only the three main markets - mainland China, South Korea and Japan, but also Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, India and Pakistan.

The next event will take place from 9 to 12 January 2024 at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence.
