Jimmy Choo returns to men's shoes

Women's shoes brand Jimmy Choo unveiled a men's collection at Milan Fashion Week.

Jimmy Choo has been producing men's shoes in the past, but was discontinued in 2002. According to Tamara Mellon, the former creative director of the brand, then the company did not have enough employees to develop and produce a men's collection.

In 2009, thanks to cooperation with H&M, the company's management was able to assess the potential of the men's line - the entire collection of men's shoes and accessories in H&M stores was sold out in less than a week.

Now the brand’s goal is to make the men's line an independent business. The company's management is working on finding wholesale buyers.

The fall collection includes 16 models of various styles: from lace-up boots to classic formal shoes.

The cost of one pair is from $ 595 to $ 1095. The collection has already gone on sale at approximately 30 stores around the world, and can also be bought on the brand’s website.
