Jimmy Choo continues to exploit the fashionable flair it earned when it first appeared in the cult American TV series Sex In the City. The brand has decided to release an archive collection, including women's shoe models from its own collections from 1997 to 2001.
The selection of models included feather-embellished suede sandals worn by the heroine of "Sex and the City" Carrie Bradshaw, played by American actress and style icon Sarah Jessica Parker. The price of this particular pair is $995.
The archive collection includes 8 reissued shoe models.
“This collection is about where we come from, what we stand for and where we continue to go,” said Sandra Choi, creative director of Jimmy Choo, commenting on the launch of the collection.
