Kari continues to work with Maykor

The Kari shoe and accessories network has entered into a service agreement for all of its retail outlets in Russia with Maykor.

Having won a tender in March 2013 for technical maintenance of 219 Russian Kari stores, Maykor has proven its reliability, and now Kari has entrusted it with the service of all 403 outlets.

Maykor's range of services includes repair and maintenance of IT infrastructure of outlets, commissioning of new equipment, provision of components and consumables, registration of cash register equipment.

“Cooperation with Maykor allows us, through a single agreement, to receive comprehensive services in all regions of presence, which significantly reduces the cost of service support with the required level of service and simplifies the process of putting new stores into operation,” comments Kari IT Director Vener Safin.

“Today in the retail sector we are witnessing an active expansion of retail networks. It is important for retailers that in every store, wherever it is located, customers receive a high level of service. This largely depends on the quality of the retailer's equipment. Therefore, large retail chains are interested in comprehensive servicing of their technical park according to uniform quality standards in all regions of their presence, ”says Yuri Malkin, Vice President for Key Accounts at Maykor.
