China's Anta Sports increased revenue and profit in 2025.

Having become Puma's largest shareholder at the beginning of the year, China's Anta Sports reported strong financial results for 2025. Group revenue reached CNY 80,22 billion (EUR 10,1 billion), an increase of 13,3% year-on-year. Operating profit increased by 15% to CNY 19,09 billion (EUR 2,4 billion).

The Chinese group also recorded profit attributable to shareholders of CNY 13,59 billion (EUR 1,7 billion), up 13,9% from 2024. This figure excludes the dilution of shareholders' equity related to the listing and placement of Amer Sports shares in 2024.

In 2025, Anta Sports generated CNY 16,11 billion (EUR 2,0 billion) in free cash flow, ending the year with a net cash position of CNY 31,72 billion (EUR 3,9 billion). This underscores the company's strong financial position.

"In 2025, amid a challenging and rapidly changing environment, we once again demonstrated sustainable growth, remaining true to our strategy of 'One Goal, Multiple Brands, Globalization.' Group revenue exceeded RMB 80 billion for the first time, strengthening our competitive advantage based on our 'multi-brand product portfolio and strong operational capabilities,'" commented Ding Shizhong, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anta Sports.

Anta Company Anta Sports was founded in 1991 and officially listed on the Main Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKSE) in 2007. Anta Sports' brand portfolio includes Anta, Fila, Descente, Kolon Sport, Maia Active, and Jack Wolfleather. Earlier this year, Anta acquired a 29% stake in Puma, becoming the largest shareholder in the German sportswear and footwear company. Anta is also the largest shareholder in Amer Sports, the parent company of Arc'teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic.
