KomAR 2012 summed up the results
On October 23rd, the IV Annual Exchange of Spaces "KomAR 2012" completed its work at the Information Center "Infospace". The organizers of the event - MALL Group of Companies (with the support of the Russian Council of Shopping Centers) - summed up the overall results of the event.
At the end of this year, more than 30 exhibitors participated in the exchange, at the stands of which about 60 objects of retail office and warehouse real estate were presented.
Along with the exhibition opportunities, the Exchange participants appreciated the rich business program.
For two days, key players in the retail and office real estate market shared their experiences with business program participants: representatives of management companies, investment structures, consulting agencies and retail.
The focus is on issues related to lease relations.
The highlight of the business program was a workshop by Dr. Hermann Kok, Deputy Director for International Market Research and Concept Development, MULTI Development (Netherlands).
Listeners got a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the results of research of retail real estate in Europe and examples of calculating economic indicators for specific shopping centers.
In total, more than two hundred people took part in the business program, which is an order of magnitude higher than last year.
