“First of all, we plan to supply Kotofey brand stores with related products in order to maintain their sales in the offseason and increase the average check amount. For each group of related products, a decision will be made individually: either it will be a well-known and strong brand from the middle segment, or products under the Kotofey brand, ”said Andrei Kapusta, marketer for Egorievsk-Obuv.
“High-quality related products, when used properly, can increase the retail store’s turnover by 10 – 20%, and also helps to increase customer loyalty to the brand and outlet. Mila welcomes the filling of stores selling Kotofey children's shoes with branded related products, but since entrepreneurs buy children's shoes in bulk, related products should be shipped the same way — in bulk, in packages.
