"Kotofey" set as an example

The Yegoryevsk-Obuv factory is one of the few suppliers of the Mila company - shoes wholesale, which has 100% introduced information exchange with partners, the press service of the Ural wholesaler reports.

Between the factory and the wholesale links of the distribution chain, the automatic unloading of balances and reserves of products, goods in transit, sending and receiving applications from customers, followed by auto-reservation based on them, is successfully working. Previously, a full application could take a whole day. Now the process from the beginning of the formation of the application to the reservation of goods at the supplier’s warehouse takes 2-20 minutes depending on the volume of the order. Automation allows the Ural wholesaler and partner buyers to dynamically monitor changes in available balances in suppliers' warehouses, in real time to learn about new arrivals, and quickly order the missing goods.

“Undoubtedly, the active development of the Internet and Mila's insistence on information exchange attracts factories to the ranks of automated users. However, technology diffusion among our partners is not happening as quickly as we would like it to be. We express our deep gratitude to the staff of the Egorievsk-Obuv factory. Having 10 years of experience of cooperation with the factory, we managed to achieve the realization of 300 thousand pairs of children's shoes per year, "commented the manager of Mila - wholesale shoes" Alexander Borodin.
