The largest Russian network "Centrobuv" faces bankruptcy

According to the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court, a monitoring procedure was introduced for the company Trading House Centrobuv. According to the case file, the main plaintiffs are Sandorini, whose debt to Centrobuvi is 4,09 million rubles, and the Moscow Credit Bank. In 2015, 478 claims totaling 5,9 billion rubles were filed against Tsentrobuv; in 2016, the courts registered 135 applications for 438,3 million rubles. Bankruptcy proceedings scheduled for September 6. The strategy of the Centrobuv company management after the introduction of the monitoring procedure has not yet been determined. Negotiations on debt restructuring are ongoing.

Recall that last year, “Tsentrobuv” closed more than 250 stores, in the first quarter of 2016 - almost 100. The 700 retailer currently has rental stores.
