KupiVIP.ru announced the purchase of an online store Sapato.ru, specializing in the online sale of shoes and accessories, from Ozon Group.
The acquisition of Sapato.ru will help KupiVIP strengthen its market position by expanding its active customer base. It is reported that KupiVIP.ru plans to significantly increase the range at Sapato.ru, using its many years of expertise in international procurement in the field of fashion.
Within the KupiVIP Group, Sapato.ru will operate as a separate online store, while using the existing KupiVIP infrastructure for the purchase, processing and delivery of goods. The format for purchasing products and customer service will be transferred to the traditional store mode. At the same time, the operating capacities of KupiVIP.ru - its own delivery service, call center and logistics center - will be used for customer service and delivery.
Technical integration of Sapato.ru will take place with the help of the service unit KupiVIP Ecommerce Services, which currently operates 15 online stores in Russia.
KupiVIP plans to integrate quickly and efficiently and continue to provide customer service without interruption.
