Kuznetsk shoe factory introduced a unique line of orthopedic shoes for preschoolers

At the international exhibition "Mosshoes" "Kuznetsk Shoe Factory" presented a unique line of orthopedic footwear for preschoolers - "Ortho-KOF".

The Ortho-KOF line in the new model range of the Kuznetsk shoe factory will be represented by a new generation of orthopedic footwear. These are sandals for boys and girls of preschool age. The size range of the Ortho-KOF line is from 18 to 30 sizes. In addition to the modern author's design, the distinctive features of Ortho-KOF footwear are a hard high heel counter, ankle fixation, an insole with a ply pad and an orthopedic sole with arch support.

The new designer spring-summer 2012 collection, which is also presented at the Mosshoes exhibition, is made of genuine leather, the sole is made of high-quality modern material - thermoplastic elastomer. The size range of models covers all age groups - from 18 to 39 sizes. This is the second spring-summer designer collection of the Kuznetsk shoe factory. The exhibition also announced a new winter collection of the factory, made of high-tech nonwovens. New convenient packaging has been created for shoes, a bar-coding system has been introduced.

The production capacities of the Kuznetsk shoe factory make it possible to produce up to 150 thousand pairs of shoes per year from the model range of new collections, while not reducing production volumes for other orders. This year, the factory began modernization of production, now the active retrofitting of the main technological cycles with modern equipment is ongoing, which will significantly increase production volumes, as well as guarantee high quality products, according to the factory.

Currently, with the support of the government of the Penza region and with the participation of the main dealers of the factory, a project is being developed to create a branded retail network of the factory in Russia.
