Lamoda joined the Global Fashion Group

The Swedish investment holding Kinnevik has registered in Luxembourg an international group of companies, which includes 5 large online retailers, including the Russian Lamoda.

In addition to her, the Latin American Dafiti, Indian Jabong, Middle Eastern Namshi and Asian-Australian Zalora fell under Swedish patronage.

A common brand for companies will be the Global Fashion Group. The main shareholders were Kinnevik (25,1%), Rocket Internet (23,5%) and Access Industries (7,4%).
