Lamoda opened 117 of its own pick-up points in the first half of 2024.

The Russian online retailer Lamoda continues to expand the number of pick-up points; in the first half of 2024, the company opened 117 new pick-up points, three of them in Lamoda Sport retail stores. The total number of own pickup points exceeded 900, which is 30% more than a year earlier. 

The number of delivery service employees has grown by almost 30% to more than 5 people. The company is also expanding its geographic presence through the development of partner delivery points, of which there are more than 600, of which almost 60 are parcel terminals.

LM Express's own service delivers orders to more than 1 major settlements in the Russian Federation; next-day delivery is available in 000 cities. Over the year, the company increased the list of cities with next-day delivery by 220%. At the same time, delivery accuracy is maintained at 10%, including same-day, 96-minute and 15-hour delivery options. Such results are achieved, among other things, thanks to our own fleet of vehicles, which includes more than 1 corporate vehicles.

According to the head of Lamoda’s own delivery management, Evgeniy Grodkov, the average delivery time for goods in Russia after placing an order until it is received at Lamoda is about 70 hours. In Moscow, orders are delivered the next day, and courier delivery has a same-day delivery option.

Lamoda is expanding the geographic coverage of its own logistics network, including in remote regions of the country: a pick-up point and its own courier delivery have been opened in Novoshakhtinsk, and will soon open in Zlatoust, Seversk and Artyom. Previously, delivery in these cities was carried out through partners.

In addition, the company opened new transit warehouses in Vladimir and Volgograd, and soon new areas will be launched in Krasnodar, Nizhny Novgorod and Vladikavkaz. They will increase the capacity of the regions and create new jobs. In total, the company has 136 transit warehouses. 

Lamoda appeared in 2011 as an online store. Now it is the largest retailer in the field of fashion, beauty and lifestyle in Russia and the CIS, combining an online platform and a retail network. The online platform features more than 10 million products from 4 thousand global and local brands. The Lamoda Sport retail network includes 100 stores located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Sochi, Samara, Yekaterinburg, Perm, Ufa and other cities. The company employs more than 10 thousand people.
