Luxury shoe brands change strategies

Over the past six months, in Moscow, despite the crisis, several dozen luxury boutiques have appeared at once. Leading players in the global luxury market are changing their strategies, expanding retail spaces, opening new stores and updating old ones.

The new shoe stores are filled mainly with Italian brands. The sixth multi-brand No One boutique was opened in Smolensky Passage in Moscow, where brands such as Casadei, Fabi, Fratelli Rossetti, Moreschi, Pollini, Premiata, Roberto Cavalli, and many others are represented. At the store, occupying 350 square. m, there are no walls, instead of them are transparent display cases from floor to ceiling. The idea belongs to the architectural bureau Mapa Architetti.

In addition to the multi-brand format, No One is actively developing mono-brands, launching its brands in “free swimming”. So, in the summer in GUM several premieres from No One took place at once. A new boutique of men's and women's shoes Jimmy Choo has opened in GUM. Its design is made in the original concept, already presented in London on Bond Street. Shoes are located on pedestals, as jewelry usually shows.
