Luxury Holding LVMH Acquires Christian Dior

The Christian Dior brand becomes the property of the Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy Group of Companies (LVMH).

The luxury brand is acquired by LVMH resident Bernard Arnault, the transaction amount is € 12,1 billion. According to the Financial Times, Bernard Arnault also plans to acquire the remaining 26% of the company from other shareholders.
