The sports giant has decided to close stores in several countries, including the United States, Canada, Western Europe, Australia and New Zealand to combat the spread of coronavirus.
The period when the stores will be closed will last from March 16 to March 27. The brand says customers can continue to shop on Nike.com and Nike apps.
The company also allows its employees to work from home, creates shifted work schedules, and carries out additional disinfection procedures in workrooms. Interestingly, the brand’s stores operating in South Korea, Japan and most of China are currently open and will continue to operate normally.
