Malone Souliers leaves co-founder and brand designer Mary Alice Malon

Mary Alice Malone, one of the founders and designer of the luxury shoe brand Malone Souliers, said goodbye to her brainchild, writes Footwearnews.

Her partner, brand co-founder Roy Luwolt, said he will continue to manage all aspects of the business. Now the brand will be called Malone Souliers by Roy Luwolt (the creative brand development team that collaborated with Malone will remain on board).

“I'm so proud of what we managed to achieve with Roy,” says Mary Alice Malon. “I was always sure that I knew how to balance between career and personal life, but the further I advance, following my professional ambitions, the more I get confused in my personal life.”

The founders of the brand did not say whether their further cooperation is possible in the framework of brand development in one form or another. However, they made it clear that the Malone Souliers brand will remain independent and will develop without the involvement of external investors.

Malone Souliers founded in 2014 year in London. He was very popular among retailers and celebrities due to his recognizable style that meets the requirements of a modern woman. At one time, Malone Souliers also expanded the audience of its fans by releasing a collection of shoes together with Emanuel Ungaro Paris.
