Markets of Moscow Fashion Week worked in the capital for three days

From April 28 to April 30, Moscow Fashion Week Markets were opened in seven shopping centers of the Russian capital, as well as on Tverskoy Boulevard. The project presented about 700 local fashion brands from 69 cities, the participants could present their goods for free at the Markets. In addition, all of them got the opportunity to place their products on the site of the online marketplace made by moskve.rf.

The event, the purpose of which was to support the development of fashion business in Russia, was organized with the participation of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow. Another important task that, apparently, the project was supposed to solve was attracting customer traffic to the capital's shopping centers, the traffic of which has not yet returned to the level of the period before the 2020 pandemic.

During the Moscow Fashion Week Markets, in addition to organizing special spaces with clothing, footwear and accessories brands, performances by stylists and fashion experts were held in shopping centers. Visitors to the Markets were offered free style consultations, services of make-up artists and hairdressers.

Most of the presented brands fell on the clothing segment, there were also brands of bags and accessories, and among the footwear brands in the Markets of the Week, only two brands took part - the Moscow brand of luxury handmade shoes ZILOTI and the mid-price segment footwear brand from Rostov-on-Don LELLONELLO.

We got acquainted with Ziloti shoes at the site of a new shopping complex in the center of Moscow, Paveletskaya Plaza. The Moscow shoe brand was founded in 2022, was born from the business of restoring expensive branded shoes. At Fashion Week, Ziloti presented its models for the first time. The brand's collection includes Mishka boots with genuine leather soles and uppers made of smooth leather, reversible leather in graphite, black and milky colors with patina and red.
