Mateo Mascazzini Appointed as New CEO of Geox

At the meeting of the Board of Directors of Geox Spa, a new CEO was elected, it was Mateo Mascazzini, the company said in a press release.

Mateo Mascazzini is 48 years old and boasts a twenty-year career in the global fashion and luxury industry, as well as retail experience. He began his career at the Gucci Group, where for ten years he held he held leading positions in the European region, in the USA, Japan and Hong Kong as manager of the retail and consumer sectors. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2007, he was COO / CFO at Giorgio Armani in Japan and the USA, from 1995 to 2002 at Gianni Versace Group, he held inspector positions in the US market and in the group as a whole.
