Less than three months left to relabel shoes

Participants in the turnover of footwear products should relabel shoes with a simplified code before April 1, 2023, after which it will be impossible to sell unsold balances. Such footwear will be equated to unmarked. By March 1, 2023, the number of such commodity residues should be determined, described in full attributive composition and re-labeled.

Until June 1, 2021, participants in the circulation of shoes could label goods according to simplified rules. It was enough to indicate the TIN, the first two digits of the TN VED code, the “gender of shoes” and the country of production. On October 1, 2022, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1861 was signed, which obliges to re-mark shoes with a simplified marking code until April 1, 2023.

According to the new rules, for marking shoes, you will need to provide more information when filling out the product card in the National Catalog, that is, you will need to supplement the data in the required fields of the product technical card, after which you can order new marking codes through your personal account in the Honest Sign system. When placing an order for a new code, you must specify the reason "Errors were found in the description of the goods" and the previous code. All new codes must be paid for, printed and applied to the packaging.

Fines for the sale of unmarked shoes range from 5000 to 10000 rubles for officials and from 50000 to 300000 rubles for legal entities with confiscation of goods.
