Moscow Mayor's Office offers for rent retail space in the lobby of the MCC
The first ten stores will open in the lobby of the six stations of the Moscow Central Ring (MCC) before the end of February. These include pharmacies, cafes, convenience stores, press sales outlets, service points for making keys, repairing clothes and shoes, ”writes the information portal of the mayor and the Moscow government.
The first 10 outlets will be operational by the end of February; another 44 outlets will be played at an open electronic auction in the first quarter of this year. The winners will conclude a lease for five and eight years, depending on the specialization of the outlet.
Lease agreements for the first premises at the MCC “Business Center”, “Verkhniye Kotly”, “Novokhokhlovskaya”, “Izmailovo”, “Streshnevo” and “Panfilovskaya” stations were won in the autumn of 2017.
The second stage of the auction will be held in the first quarter of 2018: at the auction they will play 38 lots at 44 trading pavilions at the same stations. Outlets can earn in the second quarter of the year.
