By the decision of the Supervisory Board, Messe Düsseldorf Igedo Company (Igedo company) transferred the rights to organize the CPM fashion exhibition to Messe Düsseldorf Moscow LLC and left the German concern.
Messe Düsseldorf sold its stake in the Igedo Company to its second shareholder, Philippe Cronen.
The rights to organize the leading CPM fashion exhibition in Eastern Europe are transferred to the subsidiary of the German concern Messe Düsseldorf LLC “Messe Dusseldorf Moscow” from September 30.09.2017, XNUMX.
These decisions were taken at the meeting of the Supervisory Board of Messe Düsseldorf GMBH on May 19, 2017.
The first CPM was held in 2003 with the participation of three companies Igedo Company, Messe Düsseldorf and Messe Dusseldorf Moscow. Since then, it has been the most important and largest fashion show in Eastern Europe.
Werner M. Dornscheidt, Chairman of the Management Board of Messe Düsseldorf, said: “Selling the Igedo share to Mr. Kronen, we understand the importance of continuing the long-standing and professional tradition of holding fashion shows in Düsseldorf.
