MFI “Obuvrus” will place three issues of exchange bonds

The MFI Obuvirus, part of Obuv Rossii, plans to place three issues of five-year exchange-traded bonds totaling 3 billion rubles. The number of bonds in each issue is 500, the face value of one paper is 2 million rubles. Bonds are placed by open subscription, the possibility of early repayment is allowed at the request of the owners and at the discretion of the issuer. Now MFI “Obuvirus” is in circulation two issues of exchange-traded bonds totaling 2 billion rubles.

Recall that Obuv Rossii GK is a major Russian shoe retailer and is developing five major shoe chains: Westfalika, Pedestrian and Emilia Estra, an All.go casual brand and a Snow Guard outerwear brand.
