The purpose of the visit of the representatives of the Polish brand was to search for new commodity distribution routes, in particular, to discuss options for cooperation with the Ural wholesaler and issues of promoting the brand on the Russian market. Yekaterinburg became one of the stages in a series of introductory presentations of TM "Bartek" in Russian cities.
During the conversation, the parties discussed the pricing policy of the brand, the existing system of discounts and margins and possible schemes for organizing sales, as well as the situation on the shoe market in the Ural region. Mila showed the guests the results of the latest marketing research and shared its successful experience in promoting TM Kotofey in Yekaterinburg and Chelyabinsk, which was very interesting for representatives of TM Bartek.
Having taken into consideration the current situation in the shoe market of the Ural region, the meeting participants identified priority tasks and agreed to continue negotiations.
