Mila held a seminar for partners

In Yekaterinburg, a seminar for the owners of retail stores was held on the topic "The popularity of brands of children's shoes in the city of Yekaterinburg" in the office of the company "Mila-footwear wholesale". In the first part of the event, a speech was made by the senior manager of Mila, Andrey Osnovin, which was based on the results of the marketing research of the children's footwear market by the ExMedia agency and lasted for about an hour and a half. The audience was told about the main algorithms for the choice of footwear for children by buyers, popularity, the prevailing images of brands. In addition, the dynamics of these indicators was shown in comparison with 2010, 2011 and 2012.

Of the six invited seminars, four counterparts of Mila attended. Guests shared their own experiences and observations. Entrepreneurs were surprised by the presence of the Unichel brand in the top five. An unexpected trend was a decrease in buyers' interest in specialized children's shoe stores. However, mainly representatives of retail stores agreed with the results of the marketing research and recognized that similar trends are visible in practice. Two-hour communication ended with a debriefing of the season.

“The seminar was held in a friendly atmosphere and we are pleased with its results. It is such lively communication with partners that helps us not only to convey important information, but also to get feedback, learn about retail problems and, if possible, offer our own solutions to them. I think there will still be such events, ”commented Alexander Borodin, managing director of Mila - Wholesale Shoes.
