In the context of a pandemic and a collapse of markets, some of the laws that come into force will provoke an increase in the financial or administrative burden on the business, the Ministry of Economic Development has asked business representatives to create a list of legislative initiatives that will take effect in the near future, the introduction of which in the new environment is detrimental to economic sectors.
As RBC writes, the business has already responded to the request of the ministry and compiled a list of such initiatives. Among other things, "Support of Russia" drew the attention of the Ministry of Economic Development to the need for amendments to the Tax Code in order to switch from a single tax on imputed income (UTII) to a patent or a simplified taxation system in 2021. Proposals for changes were handed over to the agency at the end of February at the meeting of the President of the "Support of Russia" Alexander Kalinin with the Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov. Then, according to the results of the meeting, it was decided to postpone the entry into force of mandatory marking of shoes from March 1 to July 1.
