Proposals for the development of electronic commerce in the Russian Federation were prepared by the project team for the development of Internet commerce in the Russian Federation. The group included representatives of the business community and industry associations.
To organize the procedure for public discussions of the project, virtual expert platforms were organized on the official websites of the associations that took part in the development of the project.
