Missoni has teamed up with Milan-based startup ACBC (Anything Can Be Changed), which specializes in sustainable footwear, to launch its own sneaker collection with a spirit of sustainable production, WWD writes.
The new Missoni sneaker with knit upper is crafted from recycled plastic bottles and wheat straw. The design of the new line meets the aesthetics of the brand and is distinguished by bright contrasting color combinations, graphic patterns, and the presence of knitted inserts. The sneakers will go on sale in the fall. The prices for the collection's models will range from 265 to 395 euros.
