Miu Miu continues collaboration with New Balance
Milanese luxury brand Miu Miu releases its second collaboration with American sneaker brand New Balance. The first, announced last October, featured an updated design of the New Balance 530 sneaker with signature scuff marks and mandatory co-branding as an additional design element. As a result of the second collaboration, the updated Miu Miu x New Balance 530 sneakers turned into mules.
Inspired by the sneaker, the mules are available in tan suede or distressed white leather with brown undertones. The shoes come with a set of rawhide laces and two different sets of cotton laces.
At this time, release dates and prices for the Miu Miu and New Balance mules are unknown. But a pair of sneakers from the two brands' first collaboration, the Miu Miu x New Balance 530, was priced at around $1200.
