In 2020, it was downloaded 6 million times, more than 17,4 million orders were placed through the application, ”the retailer said in a press release.
By the end of January this year, 72,8% of all online purchases at Detsky Mir were made through a mobile application. Most often, users choose and buy clothes and shoes, toys, food, and personal hygiene products for children. At the same time, the average income from a user of a mobile application is 27% higher than from a user of an online store.
