The city authorities are organizing a competition for the right to conclude lease agreements for the placement of chain stores. Ten premises are up for auction, the press service of the Specialized State Unitary Enterprise (SSUP) for the sale of city property told Interfax.
“Specialized auctions for retail continue in Moscow. The next auction will be held on the site of the SSUE for the sale of property in the city of Moscow on July 18 and 25, ”said a press officer.
According to him, 5 lots are put up for auction, two rooms in each.
"According to the results of the auction, long-term lease agreements for a period of 10 years will be concluded for the premises intended for trading activities," the press service added.
The presentation of the facilities will be held on July 4 at the site of the State Unitary Enterprise, retailer.ru reports.
