Moscow is the seventh most attractive city in the world for retail

Moscow took seventh place in the global ranking of the attractiveness of cities for retail, according to a report by CBRE consulting company.

In 2014, 41 new international brands came to the capital, and at the beginning of 2015, 154 world brands out of 334 were operating in the city - 46% of the total.

It is expected that this year 15-18 of new brands will come to Moscow. This is due to the aggravation of the geopolitical situation, which is why many companies have delayed access to the Russian market. Analysts noted that interest in the domestic market will be restored throughout the 2015 of the year, which will have a good effect on the performance next year.

First place in the ranking (63 new retail brands per year), second - Singapore (58 brands), third - Abu Dhabi (55 new brands).
