In place of the Yakimanka Children's Gallery, a luxury Y26 will appear

A shopping center with luxury brand boutiques will appear in the former building of the Yakimanka Children's Gallery in the capital, which belonged to Children's World. The shopping mall will be opened by the new owner of the building - vice-president of Itera MGK Alexander Udodov, who in January bought it from AFK Sistema for 1,44 billion rubles. Udodov also owns the Gimenei shopping center located in a nearby building on Yakimanka.

The name of the new store will coincide with the address: "Yakimanka, 26". Probably, a significant part of the boutiques in the new shopping center will represent the brands of the Mercury company: Alexander Udodov has been cooperating for a long time with the group that occupies most of the first floor of the Gimenei shopping center.

The first floor of the building, where each store will have a separate entrance, will open in November, the second stage in February 2016. At the same time, the building on Yakimanka will receive a new facade and will be reconstructed inside; the possibility of organizing an underground parking is also being considered.

A shopping center with boutiques of class brands will appear in the former building of the Yakimanka Children's Gallery, which belonged to Children's World.
