A shopping center will appear on Okhta

In the spring of 2016, a new Okhta Mall shopping and entertainment center will open in St. Petersburg in spring. The Finnish concern SRV will begin construction in the fall of this year, after obtaining permission.

The volume of investments in the Okhta Mall project is about 250 million euros. The total area of ​​the new shopping center is 144 square meters, of which 000 square meters are leaseable premises. Preliminary lease agreements have already been signed for about 75% of the space.
