Based on the analysis, Top-10 of the largest high-quality shopping centers under construction (according to GLA) in the retail real estate markets of the regions of Russia and, separately, Moscow, were allocated.
The sample includes objects that have passed the "paper" phase, i.e. projects in the active construction phase or the stage of land preparation. Thus, the quantitative parameters of these objects with a high degree of probability will not change significantly.
