According to the e-Commerce Website Rank 2014 study, the most convenient, from the point of view of making a purchase, Russian online stores are Lamoda.ru (83 points out of 100 possible), Names.ru (79 points), Asos.com/ru and Topbrands .ru (by 77 points).
The fifth place was taken by the online store Shop.mango.com (75 points), the sixth - Kupivip.ru (74), the seventh - Proskater.ru (72), the eighth-ninth - Bershka.com and Zara.com/ru (71) , on the 10th - 12th - Shop.mascotte.ru, Otto.ru, Wildberries.ru (70 points each).
The study, conducted by Markswebb, is based on an online survey of more than 3 000 people, a series of usability tests and personal interviews in which 50 respondents participated, as well as a desk study of the 30 interfaces of online clothing stores selected by audience size.
Analysts considered several stages of the buyer’s interaction with the website of the online store: searching or selecting a product, making a purchase decision, placing an order.
