NIKAMED presented Berkemann, Ortmann and Waldlaufer orthopedic shoes in Moscow

On February 9, 2023, at the Omega Tsvetnoy Rooftop site in Moscow, a demonstration of orthopedic shoes by the German brands Berkemann, Ortmann and Waldlaufer took place. The event was organized by NIKAMED, a manufacturer and supplier of medical orthopedic products in Russia, operator of the Orteka chain of orthopedic footwear stores.

In a special show at the event, the shoe collection of the German brand of orthopedic shoes Berkemann was demonstrated, in all models of which there is an original 5-phase insole that provides comfort and orthopedic support during long walks. Berkemann's new products include trendy felt clogs, Chelsea boots with sports soles. Product design options include animal prints and a variety of color schemes, from monochrome to intricate paisley patterns.

A wide range of the Ortmann brand was also presented on the podium - boots, semi-boots and boots with natural fur, clogs with decorative fittings, loafers and sneakers. In the functional design of the products of this brand, special attention should be paid to elastic inserts, a wide opening of shoes due to double zippers, and convenient Velcro fasteners. These elements play an important role in the comfort of the foot.

The brand has singled out shoes for children in a separate line Ortmann Kids - it contains miniature versions of adult sneakers, boots, boots, made on the basis of the original orthopedic design and blocks with a lightweight removable orthopedic insole. The collection is distinguished by a wide selection of models of winter boots and semi-boots lined with natural fur.

The guests of the event also got acquainted with the current collection of shoes from the German brand Waldlaufer. The boring design of orthopedic shoes of this brand is provided by such elements as buckles, laces, tight and metallic buttons, as well as by the color scheme. Waldlaufer uses not only natural colors, but also mother-of-pearl shades. Walking comfort is provided by an orthopedic insole and an air cushion hidden in the sole.

“After 20 years of experience in promoting orthopedic shoes through specialized retail, NIKAMED decided for the first time to show products to shoe retailers, thereby erasing the standard perception of such shoes as unattractive,” comments Tamara Egorova, Executive Director of NIKAMED. - Having a reliable sales market and knowledge of the Berkemann, Ortmann and Waldlaufer brands in orthopedic retail, NIKAMED has expanded its boundaries and offered shoe retailers special lines of high-quality and useful models of winter shoes. In addition, at the conference, we announced for the first time the future collaborations of the Ortmann brand with famous designers. The first capsule shoe collection will be presented in March 2023.
