Nike sues 31 companies

Nike sportswear manufacturer and retailer sues 31 companies. Nike accuses Converse of copying and selling counterfeit Chuck Taylor sneakers. The defendants in the court will be Walmart Stores, Ed Hardy and 29 other companies. They are accused of copyright infringement on shoe designs, which include the look and diamond-shaped sole.
