Nike is suing MSCHF for collaborating with rapper Lil Nas X for a pair of sneakers called Satan Shoes, a modified black and red version of the Nike Air Max 97.
The "Satanic" sneaker, based on the Nike Air Max 97, went on sale Monday for $ 1018 in 666 units. The creators of the "Satanic Shoes" claim that its sole contains a drop of real human blood.
Nike has filed a lawsuit against the creators of "Satanic Shoes", accusing them of trademark infringement. The company said that due to the misconception about Nike's involvement in the launch of this pair of sneakers, many users on the Internet have already indicated a desire to boycott Nike. In its lawsuit, the company asks to permanently ban the production of these shoes.
