The Nike sports shoe brand has become the most popular on social media in terms of the number of followers, the frequency of mentions and shares, overtaking Zara. FashionUnited analysts conducted a survey, examined all global brands and their promotion on social media and compiled a rating. The top 10 includes high street sports brands, retailers, lingerie and luxury designer brands. The top five included Nike, Zara, H&M, Adidas and Victoria's Secret.
