The investment in the Nordic-Abinsk shopping and entertainment center will amount to 700 million rubles. The total area of the object will be 19,5 thousand square meters. m. The complex will include retail facilities, a grocery supermarket and an entertainment area. In the immediate vicinity of the mall there will be a gas station, a car dealership, a building materials supermarket and a mini-hotel.
In addition, the company planned to build shopping and entertainment centers in Gelendzhik, Anapa, Sochi, Novorossiysk, Kropotkin, Ust-Labinsk, Tikhoretsk, Apsheronsk and the village of Severskaya.
