Next year, Nordic Ltd will open the first shopping and entertainment center in the Abinsky district. Earlier, the Norwegian company announced that it would build a network of shopping centers in the Kuban.
The investment in the Nordic-Abinsk shopping and entertainment center will amount to 700 million rubles. The total area of the object will be 19,5 thousand square meters. m. The complex will include retail facilities, a grocery supermarket and an entertainment area. In the immediate vicinity of the mall there will be a gas station, a car dealership, a building materials supermarket and a mini-hotel.
In addition, the company planned to build shopping and entertainment centers in Gelendzhik, Anapa, Sochi, Novorossiysk, Kropotkin, Ust-Labinsk, Tikhoretsk, Apsheronsk and the village of Severskaya.
"Nordic Ltd" is an association of representatives of Norwegian companies and private investors. The company is engaged in the construction of shopping centers, retail parks, amusement parks, business centers.
