The Russian shoe company "Unicel" has introduced a new customer service - a special computer program for establishing more efficient communication with customers.
Unicel became the first among Russian shoe companies to use the American UserVoice system in order to be able to quickly process all messages, questions, complaints and suggestions from customers.
The service is already available on the Unicel website. According to the company's management, a large number of messages are regularly received from consumers. To track, structure and process all of them, a special service was needed. An additional difference of the program is that users must enter their contact information so that the manager can contact them and clarify the necessary information. During the day, the manager gives an answer to the client, and within a week - transfers information to the management.
