The opening took place at the Seasons Gallery. The new project of the famous Italian luxury footwear brand is notable primarily for the unusual design of the space, by Patricia Urquiola. According to the architect, the inner content influences the appearance and vice versa. Linear design is perceived in the minds of boutique visitors as the embodiment of elegance. Only true aesthetes can discern interior details that are hidden from the layman. The boutique accurately reflects the brand's DNA: quality, sophistication, Italian design.
A space of 60 square meters is furnished in the style characteristic of the brand with an emphasis on handmade work: a geometric modular grid with engraving made of copper is incorporated into the sheathing made of natural wood.
Founded in 1975 by Andrea Santoni, the small factory has grown into a large international company, interpreting the tradition of Italian shoe making in an original way. Building on its success on a combination of tradition and innovation, Santoni has gradually expanded its boutique network around the world, concentrating on strategically important markets in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. The company remains 100% family owned and run by Giuzuppe Santoni, the son of the brand's founder.
