Obuv Rossii is preparing a debut placement of bonds for 700 million rubles

The issuer Obuvrus (a subsidiary of Obuv Rossii Group of Companies) plans to place bonds of the 1st series for 700 million rubles, the company said.

The issuer plans to place 3-year bonds denominated in 1 thousand rubles by open subscription to the MICEX SE. Early redemption of bonds is not provided. Securities will have 6 coupon periods lasting 182 days. The 2-3 coupon rate is equal to the 1 coupon rate.

The main activities of the GC “Obuv Rossii” are retail and wholesale supply of shoes. The company develops 2 retail chains - discounters “Pedestrian shoe factory” and Westfalika single-brand stores. The company's turnover in 2010 amounted to 1,568 billion rubles.
